A highly experienced performance coach, with a combination of coaching, management and leadership skills, functioning effectively as a coach or performance director across a range of sports and continents over the last 30 years.
As a performance director, I have developed and coordinated performance enhancement programs in 2 elite level sports, through the multi-faceted integration of sports psychology, nutrition, sports science and the application of sports technology, alongside the cornerstone of performance, the coaching department.
At the core of my philosophy, human capital, and the development and mentorship of people, so that they can thrive and be the best version of themselves. Delivering high performance services, that support the dreams and ambitions of the playing groups.
As a coach, the focus has always been based on applying a holistic and educational approach to athlete and player learning and development through guided discovery and skill acquisition. The coach athlete relationship has lent heavily on a collective intelligence model where all stakeholders truly take ownership of the program and accountability to the goals and training processes.
