Strength & Conditioning Coach
Formerly the head of athletic performance with the Mayo senior football team, Conor has also previously held lead strength & conditioning positions with intercounty teams at minor, U21/U20, Hurling and Ladies football, in addition to Sigerson football, and multiple clubs at all levels. Conor worked 10 consecutive seasons with the Mayo senior football team. Conors primary strengths are in football/hurling season planning and periodisation for strength/power development and energy systems development.
