About

Strength & Conditioning Coach

I have over 20 years experience working in mainly Gaelic Football and Australia Rules Footy. I am passionate around the area of LTAD and developing young athletes from a Conditioning and strength persective. I work with a wide range of players/athlets both on the field and in the Gym from 15-16 years to Amatuer and Professional age groups. Tap into what I have seen, learnt and developed over my journey.
