Having spent almost two decades working with elite players competing in the premier league and champions league, you need to find ways to ensure S&C qualities can still be sustained. This program focuses on mobility, short and long hold isometrics and max strength in a low volume, micro dosing approach. During two game weeks this plan includes sessions for MD+2/-2, MD-1 and MD. Note the max strength session should take place on one MD only. Typically the game with longest turn around to the next. In Thursday-Sunday it would be Sunday prior to next Thursday game.
