Having spent almost two decades working with elite players competing in the premier league and champions league, you need to find ways to ensure S&C qualities can still be sustained. This program focuses on mobility, short and long hold isometrics and max strength in a low volume, micro dosing approach. During two game weeks this plan includes sessions for MD+2/-2, MD-1 and MD. Note the max strength session should take place on one MD only. Typically the game with longest turn around to the next. In Thursday-Sunday it would be Sunday prior to next Thursday game.

The last 15 years have involved working at the highest level in professional football with some of the best athletes and players of their generation. He understands the physical and technical qualities needed to be successful at the highest level of the professional game. Jordan has a professional doctorate in sports and exercise science from Liverpool John Moores Univeristy.
