This training plan is geared towards the Gaelic Games athlete who is looking to utilise the off-season to develop strength and power qualities. A 4 week plan, each week contains 3 total body strength/power sessions. The sessions include the use of some Olympic Weightlifting derivatives as well as placing an emphasis on a key lower body strength exercise of the athlete's choosing.
