This programme is designed for swimmers who are looking to move on their strength capacity in their Squats/Hexbar Deadlift and their Chin Up. With three sessions per week this programme is best suited to athletes who are already familiar with the use of strength training in their weekly schedules and are familiar wtih the basic training movement common to most S&C programmes.

It is important to discuss with your swimming coach the appropriateness of a 3 day/week strength routine in the context of your current swim programme.
