The off season is where the foundational work is done. It is your opportunity to step away from the tactical demands of rugby and focus entirely on rebuilding, repairing, and refining your physical toolkit.

This multi-phase programme is specifically tailored to the physiological demands of the women’s game. Our primary objectives are to bulletproof your joints against common injuries (such as ACL tears and shoulder instability), erase any asymmetries developed during the competitive season, and build a massive engine of lean muscle, maximal strength, and explosive power.

When you return for pre-season, you won’t just be ready to play you’ll be ready to dominate.
