This is a 4 week programme designed for footballers who want to increase their explosive power. A 3x a week training plan that can be completed around your pitch sessions.
Three day breakdown consits of::
- 2x Power Days
- 1x Plyometric Day
This programme will provide you with video demonstrations for each session to help you master each movement. The programme will initially focus on higher volumes with a progression in intensity throughout the 4 week cycle.
