Build explosive strength and power that creates impact in the game and support your ability to capitalise on game breaking moments. This programe aims to push volume and intensity but with a minimal cost (fatigue). In the 3 gym sessions per week we chase high intensity contrast work developing strength and power. Third Session = High Volume Power training.

Strength & Conditioning Coach

Peter Donnelly had been overseeing Tyrone GAA teams since 2014 to 2021. He is a highly respected strength & conditioning coach with a proven track record. Tyrones most recent significant success was an All-Ireland football title win in 2021. Peter is an experienced Sport Specialist with a demonstrated history working in both amature and proffessional sport. Skilled in project management, athlete managment, programe planning, data analysis and coaching. Currently Peter is an Athletic Performance Coach for Ireland Rugby 7s squads.
