This programme is ideal for a Camoige/Ladies football player with intermediate level of strength training experience, wishing to improve their strength & power during the pre-season. The programme includes two total body strength sessions per week.
Strength & Conditioning Coach
Currently the head of athletic performance with the Mayo senior football team, Conor has previously held lead strength & conditioning positions with intercounty teams at minor, U21/U20, Hurling and Ladies football, in addition to Sigerson football, and multiple clubs at all levels. 2023 is his ninth season with the Mayo senior football team. Conors primary strengths are in football/hurling season planning and periodisation for strength/power development and energy systems development.
