About

Strength & Conditioning Coach

Jack O'Brien has been the Athletic Performance Coach & Sports Scientist at Leinster Rugby for the past five seasons. His coaching work focuses on all aspect of the Athletical Development of the Senior Squad encompassing Strength, Power, Speed, Conditioning and Hypertrophy. Prior to this he worked as part of the Pathway system for Welsh Rugby Union and Dragons RFC with the Under 20's and Senior Academies.
