In season strength and power maintenance is vital in keeping performance levels high whilst reducing your risk of injury. This 4 week cycle consists of 2 x Total Body Gym Sessions to compliment a club players in-season demands. The programme has 1 x Power and Strength to be performed early in the training week and 1 x Strength and Prehab later in your training week.
