In season strength and power maintenance is vital in keeping performance levels high whilst reducing your risk of injury. This 4 week cycle consists of 2 x Total Body Gym Sessions to compliment a club players in-season demands. The programme has 1 x Power and Strength to be performed early in the training week and 1 x Strength and Prehab later in your training week.

Strength & Conditioning Coach

Current head of strength and conditioning with the senior Donegal Ladies Gaelic football team. Previously coached the senior Donegal mens team (6 seasons) and Derry City FC. Recent graduate with a Masters by Research looking at training load and injuries within Gaelic football.
