Strength & Conditioning
This programme is ideal for a Gaelic football or Hurling player who wishes to develop strength, stability and movement patterns while maintaining conditioning during the off-season or early pre-season. The programme is 3x/week total and includes 2x total body strength sessions and 1x off-feet conditioning session. The conditioning session could be repeated for a second session each week if desired.
Strength & Conditioning Coach
Currently the head of athletic performance with the Mayo senior football team, Conor has previously held lead strength & conditioning positions with intercounty teams at minor, U21/U20, Hurling and Ladies football, in addition to Sigerson football, and multiple clubs at all levels. 2023 is his ninth season with the Mayo senior football team. Conors primary strengths are in football/hurling season planning and periodisation for strength/power development and energy systems development.
