About

Strength & Conditioning Coach

Currently the lead strength and conditioning coach with the Mayo U20 football team, Martin has previously held lead and assistant strength and conditioning positions with intercounty teams at minor, U20, senior mens and Ladies Gaelic football. Martin is a graduate of St. Mary's University, Twickenham, with an MSc in Strength and Conditioning. Martins primary interests are in youth athletic development and speed development for field sports.
